BTB25 FOR QUINTA DE JUGAIS (ALMA CACAU) - PORTUGAL For Quinta de Jugais, the BTB25 wraps the chocolate bars in recyclable glassine paper and a reclosable cardboard box. In the first stage, the glassine paper is wrapped around the chocolate bar. In the second stage, the bars, now wrapped in an envelope wrapping of glassine paper, are wrapped in cardboard. LAREKA BTB25 Low-speed wrapping machine for artisanal (craft) chocolate production (up to 150.000 bars per month) is the Lareka BTB25.

  • This flexible machine can wrap a variety of bars and tablets in high-end packaging designs and materials.

  • Simultaneously wrapped in two layers of wrapping material

  • Any material with good barrier and folding properties can be used for the inner layer

  • The outer layer is wrapped in cardboard or (crafted) paper
