How it works

On the BTB25, reclosability is achieved through a cleverly engineered cardboard outer wrap. The label blank is designed with an incision or notch, and an extended flap is folded in such a way that, after opening, the flap tucks neatly into that notch to close the wrap again.

Machine compatibility

On the BTB25, reclosable packaging is made possible through smart cardboard engineering. The outer wrap is a pre-cut cardboard label with a precisely placed die-cut incision or notch. During wrapping, a flap on the label is folded so that it remains tucked under the outer layer. After the bar is opened, this flap can be inserted into the notch, allowing the bar to be closed again by hand.

This creates a clean, intuitive resealing mechanism using nothing but paperboard, no magnets, glue strips, or adhesives needed.
